Why nutrition matters

Food is the input. Everything else is downstream.

You train, you sleep, you work, you recover. Food pays for all four. Most people are not eating badly on purpose, they are eating without a plan, and then wondering why the afternoons feel long and the last round feels longer.

Nutrition does not need to be complicated to work. It needs to be consistent, and consistency comes from a plan that fits the life you already have. That is the whole job.

Energy that holds

Eating enough, and eating at the right times, smooths out the crashes. Most clients notice this in the first two weeks, before the scale moves at all.

Recovery between sessions

Protein and total calories decide how much of your training you keep. Under-fuel a hard week and you spend the next one catching up.

Body composition on purpose

Gaining muscle and losing fat both come down to a target you can hit repeatedly. Guessing works until it stops working.

FAQ

Questions people ask before they book

Draft answers. Cass, read these and change anything that does not sound like you. Bracketed details need your real numbers.
How does coaching actually work?

You book the free consult and fill out the intake questionnaire. We talk for 15 minutes about your goal, your training, and what your week looks like. If we both think it is a fit, you pick a tier. From there you get your targets and your meal guide, we check in weekly, and I adjust as your body and your schedule respond.

Do I have to count macros?

No. Tracking gives us the cleanest data, so I will teach it if you want it. If numbers stress you out or you have a history with them, we use portions and habits instead. Both work. The one that you keep doing works better.

What is included, and what is not?

Included: your targets, a meal guide, weekly check-ins, weekday messaging, and the guide library. Not included: daily meal plans that tell you what to eat at every meal, recommendations for a specific health condition, and anything that counts as medical advice. If your goal needs a clinician, I will say so.

How do I pay?

Payment details are shared after your consultation, once we have agreed on a tier. Coaching bills monthly.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Coaching is month to month. Message me before your next billing date and the current month finishes out. No cancellation fee, no exit interview.

My fight is in six weeks. Is that enough time?

Usually, yes, and earlier is always better. Six weeks is enough to organize fueling around your camp, watch the weight trend, and build a fight-day plan. What six weeks cannot do is fix a cut that was already too big to begin with, so book the consult and let me look at the numbers before you commit to a weight class.

Do you coach in person or online?

[Online, in person in CITY, or both. Cass, fill this in.] Check-ins happen by [call or video], and messaging runs Monday through Friday.

I have tried this before and quit. Why would this be different?

Because you will not be doing it alone, and because the plan gets built around your actual week instead of an ideal one. When something stops working, you tell me and we change it. That is the part most people are missing when they quit.
