Who am I

Hi, I’m Cass.

I coach nutrition for people who want to feel better in their body, and for athletes who need their food to hold up under a training load.

Draft copy. Cass, the bracketed parts are yours to fill in. Nothing here states a fact I was not given, so replace the brackets and the page is done.

I found nutrition the way most people do, by getting it wrong first. [One or two sentences on your own story: the sport you came up in, the injury or the plateau, the moment food stopped being an afterthought.]

Now I work with [general clients / gym members / fighters out of GYM NAME] in [city or online]. My clients range from someone whose only goal is to stop crashing at 3pm to fighters trying to make weight without leaving their strength in the sauna. The plans look different. The way I coach does not change.

I earned my NASM Certified Nutrition Coach credential because I wanted the science behind what I was already doing in the gym. Certification tells you I know the material. What you will actually notice is that I ask a lot of questions before I hand you a single number.

How I coach

No shame

Food is not a moral test. You will never get a lecture from me about a birthday cake or a bad week.

Built around your life

Your job, your training schedule, your budget, and the food you like. The plan bends to those, not the other way around.

Habits that outlast me

The goal is a client who eventually does not need a coach. Small changes you keep beat perfect weeks you abandon.

What I am not

I am not a dietitian and I am not a doctor. I do not diagnose, treat, or write nutrition protocols for medical conditions. If your goal needs a clinician, I will tell you on our first call and help you find one. Everything I do sits inside the scope of a certified nutrition coach, and I keep it there on purpose.
